Where we ship
We currently deliver within India only. Enter your PIN code at checkout to check whether your area is serviceable.
Order processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link by email or SMS. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delays
Delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, festivals or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us through our Contact page and we will look into it.
Incorrect address or undeliverable orders
Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because delivery was refused or unavailable, we may charge the shipping cost to send it again.
